Advantages of coiled tubing

Seamless cold drawn coiled tubing,

according to ASTM A 269, A 213 (average wall), A 632 or EN 10216-5

coil lengths up to 1500 meters long (without welds)

Packing: level wounded on (pressed) wooden reels or single loose coils.


Specifications:


Cold drawn, bright annealed

Smooth finish up to <0,4 mm

Thermo couple clean per ASTM A 632 S3

Oil and grease free, for oxygen use.

Hardness max. 80 HRB

Intergranular corrosion test per ASTM A262 practice ‘’E’’

Packed on wooden, plastic drums or loose coils

Welded coiled tubing

Specifications:


bright annealed

according  to ASTM A 249/A 269 or EN 10217-7    

coil lengths of 100 to 800 mtr. 

Supplied in single loose coils, wooden or metal reels: only on request.

 

Coillength depending on size and wall thickness. On request coil lengths to 4.572 mtr. can be supplied and with orbital welds, coils can go up to 24.384 mtr. long.


Alloys:

From stock: 316L, 316Ti

On request: 304L, 825


Used for a variety of circulation systems for different gases and fluids, coil tubes provide the ability for long length tube installations without the need for joining fittings. PAC Stainless stocks both welded and seamless coil tubes and can provide them in long mill lengths or cut-to-length in sections as short as fifty feet. These products have industry applicability for petrochemical, oil production heat tracing, geothermal and flow measurement applications.
